Windows Restaurant

Our contemporary and spacious signature restaurant overlooks Albert Park Lake and showcases an extensive modern Australian menu. Breakfast is available every day of the week and open to hotel guests as well as the general publc. Breakfast options includes a gourmet breakfast buffet or an a la carte breakfast menu. In the evening the a la carte dinner menu has been carefully craftted by Executive Chef Ross Chapman to showcase the best in season Victorian produce. Every month the Pullman Melbourne Signature Seafood Buffet is on offer in the evenings highlighted by king prawns, shucked oysters, blue swimmer crab, roast of the day, multiple salads, breads and soups and an extensive homemade dessert bar. And every second Sunday lunch of the month the Pullman Melbourne Albert Park Sunday Funday Brunch offers Melbourne families the perfect excuse to catch up over an elaborate buffet brunch feast designed to please both young and old.
